28 V. Organisation<br />
n) votes on proposals for adopting and amending the Statutes, the<br />
Regulations Governing the Application of the Statutes and the Standing<br />
Orders of the Congress (if applicable);<br />
o) discussion of proposals duly submitted by the member associations and the<br />
Council within the period stipulated under par. 1 (if applicable);<br />
p) appointment of auditors (if applicable);<br />
q) election or dismissal of the President in accordance with these Statutes (if<br />
applicable);<br />
r) election or dismissal of the chairpersons, deputy chairpersons and members<br />
of the following committees (if applicable) on proposal of the Council:<br />
- Disciplinary Committee<br />
- Ethics Committee<br />
- Appeal Committee<br />
- Audit and Compliance Committee<br />
- Governance Committee<br />
s) vote on the designation of the host country of the <strong>FIFA</strong> World Cup final<br />
competition (if applicable).<br />
3.<br />
The agenda of an Ordinary Congress may be altered, provided three-quarters<br />
(3/4) of the member associations present at the Congress and eligible to vote<br />
agree to such a motion.<br />

The Congress is responsible for adopting and amending the Statutes, the<br />
Regulations Governing the Application of the Statutes and the Standing<br />
Orders of the Congress.<br />
2.<br />
Any proposals for an amendment to the Statutes must be submitted in writing<br />
with a brief explanation to the general secretariat by a member association<br />
