3 Match agents<br />
1.<br />
Match agents may be employed to arrange matches.<br />
2.<br />
Match agents hired to organise matches between teams from the same<br />
confederation shall be recognised by the confederation concerned (licensed).<br />
The confederation shall issue appropriate rules.<br />
3.<br />
Match agents hired to organise matches between teams from different<br />
confederations shall hold a <strong>FIFA</strong> licence. The Council shall issue appropriate<br />
rules.<br />
4.<br />
<strong>FIFA</strong> is only entitled to intervene to enforce the contracts concluded between<br />
match agents and teams in the following cases:<br />
a) if the match or tournament at the source of the dispute involves teams<br />
from different confederations;<br />
b) if the match agent in question holds a <strong>FIFA</strong> licence.<br />
4 Intermediaries<br />
Players and clubs are entitled to engage the services of intermediaries when<br />
concluding an employment contract and/or a transfer agreement. The Council<br />
shall issue the Regulations on Working with Intermediaries.
