Energy sav<strong>in</strong>g 2020 Accord<strong>in</strong>g to <strong>the</strong> NEV report, average annual<br />

energy sav<strong>in</strong>g will <strong>in</strong>crease to between 1.0%<br />

and 1.4% <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> period up to 2020, while <strong>the</strong><br />
