is critical that our <strong>South</strong> <strong>Dakota</strong> nurses are aware<br />

of and involved in what is happening in our state<br />

in relation to both workforce issues, as well as<br />

legislative issues. Our profession and the healthcare<br />

issues that affect it are constantly changing, and we<br />

need to be at the table when those changes happen<br />

and decisions are made. I am currently the District<br />

1, 2, and 3 Secretary and have also served on the<br />

SDNA Nominations Committee. I look forward to<br />

the opportunity to serve as a SDNA Secretary.<br />
