31st Annual Scarecrow Fest
– St. Charles

on this award-winning festival

the Midwest. The Scarecrow
Contest boasts 100+
hand-crafted scarecrows.
Visitors view and vote for
their favorite in each of five
categories. Enjoy live entertainment,
food, a huge arts
and crafts show and a trolley
ride. Attendees can even
make your own scarecrow to
take home. The fee – which
includes mini-motorcoach
transportation – is $29 for
residents and $34 for nonresidents.

Center in Frankfort at
10:30 a.m. and return at 6:15
