Kathryn Bull<br />
Memorial Show<br />
Held in memory of the lovely Kathryn Bull, husband Steve<br />
arranged a fabulous show to honour and share her love and<br />
talent for horses and people.<br />
Every competitor agreed it was a brilliant day, the busiest event the<br />
Riding Club has known in a long time. The bigger classes had over 20<br />
entries in each.<br />
All of the yard turned out to spectate, plus all Kathryns’ close family.<br />
Competitors and spectators probably numbered well over<br />
150 which was just fantastic.<br />
Not only that, the weather behaved and the rain<br />
held off all day!<br />
The Kathryn Bull Trophy was awarded to<br />
the rider that, in the opinion of the Judges,<br />
followed Kathryn’s ethos ‘to have fun, smile<br />
and look after their horse’. This award went<br />
to Abby Clarke.<br />
Cake sales for the day took over £100 and the<br />
entries were £300; all proceeds are going to<br />
the Kathryn Bull Memorial Trust.<br />
