TRX for golf<br />

Because I’m tappy...<br />

Shulman’s Tuesday night tap dance class<br />

here at the JCC and they’ll<br />

tell you that you can’t help<br />

but feel happy when tap<br />

dancing. Want to join in on<br />

all the tappy fun? Our spring<br />

tap classes will be starting up in February<br />

(see the schedule at right). For the latest<br />

Don’t let your golf game get rusty during<br />

this off season. Let the JCC help you stay in<br />

golf shape all winter long! TRX (total body<br />

resistance exercise) can help strengthen<br />

your core and swing speed as well as<br />

provide a total body workout. Our TRX<br />

for Golf group exercise class is held on<br />

Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. We also offer oneon-one<br />

and small group TRX training by<br />

appointment. Look to the JCC to help you<br />

and the rest of your foursome stay ahead of<br />

Ballroom and Latin dance<br />

classes start Jan. 5<br />

Classes are held Thursday evenings in the<br />

JCC’s first floor dance studio. The cost is<br />

$5 per night. Attend one or both classes for<br />

the same low price!<br />

Introduction to Latin Dancing<br />

Dance shoes are encouraged, but not<br />

required. Shoes with smooth soles also<br />
