AWARDS AND HONORS
Joy Krieger, executive director of
the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of
America’s St. Louis Chapter, was honored
as Nurse of the Year in the public
health/case management category for the
state of Missouri. The award was presented
by the March of Dimes’ Missouri
Chapter at an event held Nov. 19.

Chesterfield-based Manna Pro Corporation
recently received three new product
awards for its equine and poultry products
at SuperZoo, the nation’s largest annual
pet retailer show. In the bird/poultry products
category, Manna Pro’s Cup-A-Water
Poultry Feeder won second place and the
Tap-It Poultry Drinker took third place; its
Corona Pure-Flex veterinary wrap won
third place honors in the equine category.

Executives of Midwest Regional Bank
recently participated in a groundbreaking
ceremony to celebrate construction of the
bank’s new facility at 17298 North Outer
Forty Road in Chesterfield. The branch
will offer a full array of retail and commercial
banking products and services,
ATM and drive-through banking. The new
facility is expected to open in May 2017.

Dream House Boutique, located in
Ballwin at 15452 Clayton Road in the
Claymont Center, marked its grand opening
in November with an open house and
basket raffle. The event raised $1,500 for
the Assistance League of St. Louis.

Mantality, a low testosterone treatment
center with three area locations including
Chesterfield Valley, along with locations
in Des Moines, Iowa and Omaha,
Nebraska, recently donated $2,500 to the
Des Moines Police Officers’ Credit Union.
The donation was designated for the
families of two fallen Des Moines police
officers, Sergeant Anthony Beminio and
Officer Justin Martin, who were murdered
in the line of duty on Nov. 2.

Seniors Home Care [SHC], a familyowned
provider of in-home elder care with
an area location in Chesterfield, dedicated
its new May Fleming Training Lab in Webster
Groves with a ribbon cutting ceremony
on Nov. 16. The lab, named in honor of
founder Kit Whittington’s grandmother,
allows SHC to train caregivers in a home
setting about specific aspects of care, under
the guidance of a registered nurse.
PEOPLE
Butler’s Pantry, the St. Louis area’s largest
catering firm, has added Ashley Green
as director of human resources. Green is
responsible for recruitment, training and
development, performance management
and benefits, as well as for maintaining
service standards and quality assurance
for its 350-member service team.

RedKey Realty Leaders St. Louis
recently announced leadership changes.
Nate Johnson, president of Real Estate
Solutions, will join RedKey as director of
agent development. Shawn Kelsey, who
has been with RedKey since 2015 as an
agent and associate broker, will now serve
as head broker for the firm’s West County
location in Chesterfield. Both strategic
moves will be in place by December 15.

of PlazSales, a small business

combines multiple business functions

hosts a First Thursday Coffee on Thursday,
Jan. 5 from 7:30-9 a.m. at Block Advisors,

hosts a Business After Hours
networking event in conjunction with
Wind Down Thursday STL on Thursday,
Jan. 12 from 5-7 p.m. at Fox and Hound,
17416 Chesterfield Airport Road. Members
and non-members are welcome. Hot
appetizers will be provided; attendees
pay for their own drinks. Pre-registration
is not required.
