$10,000 Santa Monica, CA<br />
To support <strong>the</strong> Artist Lab Residency Program. Original artworks created by resident multidisciplinary artists<br />
Kenyatta A.C. Hinkle and Sherin Guirguis will be on view to <strong>the</strong> public alongside narratives about <strong>the</strong> artists'<br />
creative process. The Lab Residency Program supports artists with curatorial direction, production, marketing,<br />
and outreach. Both <strong>the</strong> resident artists and visiting curator will be provided with living stipends.<br />
3<strong>Arts</strong>, Inc (aka 3<strong>Arts</strong>)<br />
$15,000 Chicago, IL<br />
To support artist residencies <strong>for</strong> artists with disabilities. The multi-month residencies will provide resources <strong>for</strong><br />
artists with disabilities to create new work. Through a partnership with <strong>the</strong> University of Illinois at Chicago,<br />
artists also will have opportunities to teach, lead workshops, mentor graduate students, collaborate with faculty,<br />
present public lectures, or engage with <strong>the</strong> campus and Chicago community in o<strong>the</strong>r ways. While <strong>the</strong> project's<br />
primary focus is to assist artists with disabilities, <strong>the</strong> residencies also will focus on raising awareness regarding<br />
equity, accessibility, and inclusion.<br />
Alliance of Artists Communities<br />
$35,000 Providence, RI<br />
To support professional development within <strong>the</strong> field of artist communities. Emerging Leader Fellows is a yearlong<br />
professional development program <strong>for</strong> early-career leaders in <strong>the</strong> artist communities field. Board Track is a<br />
one-day intensive during <strong>the</strong> annual conference designed to teach staff and board members best practices. Peer<br />
Cohorts is a year-round networking ef<strong>for</strong>t to address specific management concerns <strong>for</strong> areas of interest such as<br />
arts and <strong>the</strong> environment, per<strong>for</strong>ming arts, and artist residencies abroad.<br />
Anderson Ranch <strong>Arts</strong> Foundation (aka Anderson Ranch <strong>Arts</strong> Center)<br />
$10,000 Snowmass Village, CO<br />
To support artist residencies programs and related activities. Fully funded residencies will be provided <strong>for</strong> as<br />
many as 28 emerging or established artists. The residencies will be offered twice a year and encourage artists to<br />
take risks, pursue new projects and ideas, or develop current projects.<br />
Art Omi, Inc. (aka Omi International <strong>Arts</strong> Center)<br />
$10,000 Ghent, NY<br />
To support American artists as part of an international artists residency program and related activities. Omi<br />
International <strong>Arts</strong> Center will host more than 100 artists (at least one-quarter of whom will be U.S. citizens) in<br />
<strong>the</strong> fields of visual arts, writing, music, dance, and architecture. Each resident will receive room and board,<br />
studio space, and time to produce new works, as well as <strong>the</strong> opportunity to engage with a diverse community of<br />
international artists.<br />
