attractive prizes for those who lasted,<br />
while the Tipico Song Contest brought out<br />
the natural talent of a few who tend to<br />
keep their voices closed in silence the rest<br />
of the year!<br />
Events are highly important for Tipico as<br />
they are a key factor in improving employee<br />
moral, a critical piece of the marketing<br />
strategy, reaffirm values and transform<br />
employees into agents of its brand. The<br />
team strives to continue improving on<br />
such events, making them more engaging,<br />
