2. Father of Mr. Abdur Rehman, Head/Senior <strong>Librarian</strong>, COMSATS CIIT, Islamabad Campus, passed away<br />
on August 24, <strong>2016</strong>.<br />
3. Daughter of Mr. Javed Iqbal, Senior <strong>Librarian</strong>, Higher Education Commission (HEC) passed away on<br />
August 28, <strong>2016</strong>.<br />
4. Son of Mr. Syed Waqas Saeed, <strong>Librarian</strong>, Municipal Public Library, Vehari passed away on September 1,<br />

8. Son of Mr. Fayyaz Ahmad Pirzada (Former <strong>Librarian</strong>, Pakistan Medical Research Council) expired in a car<br />
accident on November 10, <strong>2016</strong>.<br />
9. Mother of Mr. Mushahid Hussain (Ex- Chief <strong>Librarian</strong> PIMS) passed away on November 30, <strong>2016</strong>.<br />
10. Elder brother of Prof. Dr. Khalid Mehmood, Department of Information Management, University of the<br />
Punjab, Lahore has passed away on December 5, <strong>2016</strong>.<br />
11. Father of Mr. Noor Hussain, Chief <strong>Librarian</strong>, Lahore Leads University, Lahore, has passed away on<br />
December 22, <strong>2016</strong>.<br />
