Activities of Read & Write Pakistan

Read and Write Pakistan and Pakistan Librarians
Welfare Organization (PLWO), Federal Branch
jointly organized a literary event “Adabi Bethak” On
Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Of icers Club of the
Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad.
Former Mayor Milton Kenz, UK shared recited their
poetry and share their intellects with the
participants. Librarians, members from the media,
civil society and students participated in this
literary event.
Mr. Qammar Naveed, President of Pakistan and
Pakistan Librarians Welfare Organization Federal
Branch congratulated all organizers especially
Shahid Amin, Muhammad Usman, Shaista Kanwal
and Humaira Majeed for their wonderful input to
make this event happened. Gifts of books were also
presented to all distinguish poets, writers and chief
guest of the the Adabi Baithak.
Group of students from Barani Institute of
Knowledge Administration and Technology under
the supervision of Ms. Shaista Kanwal Khan and Ms.
Tayyeba Naseer participated in Adabi Baithak held
at Of icers Club, AIOU, Islamabad

Pakistan), Syed Aal e Imran (Anchor Person, Chief
Executive, Photohar Dharti), Mr. Tariq Mehmood
