We are looking for an ambitious and customer service focused person<br />
to join our team.<br />
You’ll need to have a real passion for and sound knowledge of quality food,<br />
cask ales and beers, wines and spirits but above all, we’re looking for a<br />
friendly, confident and outgoing individual with a great sense of humour who<br />
genuinely enjoys looking after people and providing great service.<br />
The ideal candidate would ideally have min 2 years’ experience in working in<br />
a licenced premises environment.<br />
Role & Responsibilities<br />
• Cellar management<br />
• Cash handling & reconciliation<br />
• Ordering & stock control<br />
• Good communication with the customers & landlord<br />
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the bar<br />
• Management of the business while the landlord is away<br />
• Experience with social media & events planning an advantage<br />
