GUIDELINES FOR NEWLY-HIRED RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT<br />
On the first day of the newly-hired Recruitment Assistants they are expected to do the following;<br />
1. Be familiarized to the faces and names of co-members in TOPSPOT.<br />
1.1 Know their position,<br />
1.2 Know their job description,<br />
1.3 Know where they are seated, and<br />
1.4 Know how they can help you.<br />
2. Organize your workplace. The organization of your work area represents you. Doing so, will<br />
help you in many ways;<br />
2.1 Easy access to your personal belongings,<br />
2.2 Reaching out your work materials faster; and most especially<br />
2.3 Reducing your stress to new environment.<br />
3. Arrange and organize the supply area. This includes familiarization to the forms you need to use<br />
in Recruitment Department;<br />
3.1 Official Business Permit<br />
3.2 Team Member Development Record<br />
3.3 Realistic Job Preview (RJP) Form<br />
3.4 Endorsement Form<br />
3.5 Banco de Oro Application Form<br />
3.6 Membership and Subscription Agreement<br />
3.7 Project Assignment Agreement<br />
3.8 Addendum to Project Assignment Agreement<br />
4. Observe the daily operation in Recruitment Department.<br />
4.1 Know how to approach applicants,<br />
4.2 Know how to answer the inquiry of other members,<br />
5. Answer the phone calls; to know what department shall answer the inquiry. Ask co-members or<br />
immediate supervisor if the concern of the caller is not familiar to you.<br />
