FOREWORD This booklet illustrates the big picture of Recruitment Department in TOPSPOT Multi- Purpose Cooperative (TMPC). It briefly introduces the milestone of TOPSPOT, its forerunners, the principles that they practice to make TMPC successful, and its management team. This booklet focuses on the functions of Recruitment Department as a whole. This booklet gives us insights of what is TOPSPOT all about. It embraces the Vision, Mission, 7 principles of cooperative, its departments, and their clients. It broadens your knowledge to the business of TOPSPOT and will give you a deep understanding to the operation of Recruitment Department. This booklet provides you a comprehensive guideline to take your journey in TOPSPOT’s Recruitment Department effectively and efficiently. This will give you tips, tricks, and metrics to become a competent recruitment officer. Reading this will familiarized yourself to all the vital information you need to know in Recruitment Department. i
