They should encourage them against all odds stacked at one side and their business idea should always be backed by a good planning & implementation. As today’s age is of rapid change, so they must focus on future plans along with the present execution while maintaining a thumb rule for planning: Overestimate the expenses/Underestimate the Income and not giving discount rather they should add value to their business.
