We recommend that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order No.
5 to G.T.T. Inc. for the Dobie High School Auto Collision Building
project in the credit amount of $2,778.31 and 15 days time extension to
the contract with Substantial Completion on June 14, 2004.

Motion by Mr. Kendrick, seconded by Mrs. Sullivan, that the Board
approve the final payment of $50,000 to Harris County Precinct 1 for
the installation of a traffic signal at Blackhawk and Kirkville, as shown
on page 113, Section VIII of the agenda, and copied below.
In July, 2004, Harris County and Pasadena ISD proposed the addition
of a traffic light at the intersection of Blackhawk and Kirkville. The
district agreed to pay for the design of the project and $50,000 toward
the installation of the signal.
The County is responsible for the installation and all remaining costs.
The county has notified the district that they are now ready to begin
construction.
Funding will be provided by fund balance.
We recommend that the Board of Trustees approve the final payment of
$50,000 to Harris County Precinct 1 for the installation of a traffic signal
at Blackhawk and Kirkville.
