BACKGROUND: The following pages recap the disbursements made for
accounts payable and payroll for the month of October.
The accounts payable disbursements have been made
for services and purchases in accordance with
applicable state and local policies and procedures. In
addition, disbursements were paid to board authorized
personnel expenses.
