been granted for the second phase of City Place which is<br />
planned <strong>to</strong> commence late 2017, offer<strong>in</strong>g 44,000 sq ft of<br />
Grade A, BREEAM 'Excellent' office space over four floors.<br />
In addition <strong>to</strong> this, outl<strong>in</strong>e plann<strong>in</strong>g consent has also been<br />
granted for up <strong>to</strong> 200 residential units, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g 100 canal<br />
