Iittala bollards 687, 688, 689, 788<br />
The corrosion-resistant and<br />
vandalism-proof aluminium structure,<br />
the effi cient light sources and the<br />
traditional and unpretentious design,<br />
as well as the many colours available<br />
and the possibility of having a socket<br />
outlet all combine to make Iittala<br />
bollards an excellent choice for the<br />
outdoor lighting of public, business<br />
and residential buildings, and for<br />
outdoor electricity distribution.<br />
Recommended applications include,<br />
for example, entrances, gardens,<br />
passages, planted areas, stairs,<br />
squares and car parks. The luminaires<br />
are also suitable for indoor use.<br />
The height of the bollards is 1.2 m<br />
and their body diameter is 200 mm.<br />
Iittala bollards can also be equipped<br />
with a Schuko socket with hinged lid.<br />
The bollards do not contain residual<br />
current circuit breakers or (automatic)<br />
circuit breakers.<br />
The models equipped with an E27<br />
lamp holder (788) are also highly<br />
suitable for light sources other than<br />
incandescent lamps (e.g., halogen<br />
lamps with an E27 base, LED lamps<br />
and compact fl uorescent lamps with<br />
their own ballast).<br />

Installation<br />
- The luminaire mounting fl ange is fastened<br />
directly to the base or the galvanised steel pipe<br />
(Ø 60 mm) delivered with it and wedged, for<br />
example, onto the column base<br />
- The luminaire body is fastened to the mounting<br />
fl ange<br />
- The lamp is installed and the diff user is fastened<br />
to the body<br />
Connection<br />
- Connectors -o- 5 x 2.5 mm2 , the terminal block is about 0.4 m from the mounting fl ange<br />
behind the openable cover<br />
