The luminaire is excellent for the general<br />
lighting of demanding industrial spaces<br />
in dust-hazardous areas.<br />
Used in areas that have been classifi ed<br />
as dust-hazardous, such as biomass<br />
boiler facilities, closed conveyors,<br />
grain handling facilities and fi breglass<br />
boat production facilities.<br />
Typical installation height 5–30 m.<br />
Long service interval thanks to the<br />
dust rim and fi lter. High light output<br />
ratio guarantees cost-effi ciency.<br />
Retains its high light output ratio even<br />
in the most demanding conditions.<br />
Structure<br />
- A closed and air-pressure tested luminaire<br />
with a dust fi lter<br />
- Ballast box and mounting rail made of aluminium with<br />
epoxy coating, grey colour (RAL 7040)<br />
- The luminaire housing is of blank aluminium<br />
- Tempered safety glass<br />
- With capacitors<br />
- The structure of the luminaire may not be altered<br />
The highest surface temperatures for EX6232 in an<br />
ambient temperature of 40°C:<br />
1. Surface on which dust can settle: 90°C (upper part)<br />
2. Surface at which dust clouds are present: 145°C (glass)<br />
The highest surface temperatures for EX6242 in an<br />
ambient temperature of 40°C:<br />
1. Surface on which dust can settle: 95°C (upper part)<br />
2. Surface at which dust clouds are present: 165°C (glass)<br />
Installation<br />
- Surface mounting<br />
- The luminaire comes with a separate mounting rail, facilitating both the installation and future<br />
maintenance of the luminaire<br />
- Can be mounted directly on the ceiling, suspension rail or cable ladder without additional brackets<br />
- Separately ordered brackets mentioned below are used with wall and beam mounting<br />
