Aerial and underwater
communication
Avionics industry is a major multi-billion
dollar industry worldwide. Avionics
equipment on a modern military or civil
aircraft\account for around 30% of the total
cost of the aircraft, 40% in the case of a
maritime patrol or anti-submarine aircraft
and over 75% of the total cost in case of an
airborne early warning aircraft.
The lecture was about aerial and underwater
communication on 30th September 2016.
The resource person was Dr.M.R.Nayak who
is an expert in the areas of oceanography
and aerospace electronics and systems. The
HOD of the Department of ECE Dr. G.R.L.V.N.
Srinivasa Raju chaired the session and
emphasized the importance of lecture on
aerial and underwater communications.
