elegant as the firm’s other offerings.<br />

*<strong>Cognac</strong> des Borderies: 43%, the real nutty stuff, tastes over<br />

20 years old.<br />

<strong>Cognac</strong> Fine Champagne XO: 35ish y/o, round, fat oily<br />

nose with real chocolatey rancio.<br />
