Why do we sleep? How would you feel if you didn’t get enough sleep every night?<br />

Name some things that might prevent us from getting a good night’s sleep.<br />

With continued lack of sleep, the part of the brain that controls<br />

language, memory, planning and sense of time is severely affected,<br />

practically shutting down. Depending on your age, you are likely to<br />

need more or less sleep.<br />
