Ashill Holme Hale Gardening Club<br />
On a wet afternoon in April our gardens were<br />
enjoying a welcome drink while members<br />
discussed them during our Gardeners’ Question<br />
Time. David Green, Chairman, assembled a panel<br />
of Club members with a wealth of experience and<br />
knowledge and our thanks to Kevin Taylor-Ward,<br />
Sue Saini, Ann-Marie Cassidy and Audrey Connor<br />
for their participation and, indeed, bravery in<br />
facing questions from their fellow members.<br />
However, as usual, the audience were happy to<br />
add their own comments and advice on topics<br />
such as favourite fertilizers, favourite tools,<br />
maintenance of lawns and methods of dealing<br />
with weeds and other garden pests.<br />
