land sales (in dollar volume) decreased<br />
significantly, totaling $34,150,000<br />
(127 parcels sold at an average price<br />
of $268,898), compared to a 2015<br />
total of $78,667,500 and average<br />
price of $550,122. <strong>Real</strong>tors explain<br />
this change by the fact that large<br />
land parcels were sold from 2012 to<br />
2015, reflecting higher average prices.<br />
Some large land parcels are now being<br />
developed, contributing to the new<br />
villa sales being seen today.<br />
