Over a 6-month period we work with
social enterprises to further develop
their business model and critical
skills and disciplines to running their
enterprise and becoming investable.
We have refined our capacity
building work over the years to
ensure that we address the current
market needs.
Our Two Feet Program is the most
effective way to begin building
capacity in the emerging social
enterprise market and provides
invaluable insight into potential future
Investable Social Enterprises (ISEs).
Two Feet is the starting point to
spotting winners!
To address some of the key needs
we have uncovered in social
enterprises over the years we have
developed our program to help them
“stand on their own two feet”.
Firstly, Two Feet helps build an
organisation’s understanding
and capacity on their journey to
becoming investable. Secondly,
for those social entrepreneurs
experiencing the age-old problem
of isolation, our program is designed
to help support and connect them
to others who are also working to
develop their organisations.
This six-month program is structured
into fortnightly group sessions and
a monthly one-on-one coaching
session. Together we explore the
key aspects that are needed in
order to grow an Investable Social
Enterprise (ISE). The topics we work

In 2016 we will be launching our
Two Feet Program in Sydney and
Brisbane in partnership with NAB.
This expansion will not only help
us gain visibility of enterprises in
different regions that we can assist
to become investable it will also help
us increase the base level capacity
of more enterprises as we attempt to
increase the maturity of the market.
