Deposit/Payment Policy:
At the time of reservation- 50%
30 days before departure- balance due
In case of booking within 30 days of departure- 100%
In case air ticket is involved in the travel arrangements- complete airfare is to be deposited
(Non-receipt of full amount within given time limit will result in auto-cancellation; hence no refund on
deposited amount.)
Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy is applicable to journey price, single supplements, intra tour air, extensions and all
other tour related arrangements. All cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to penalty of
₹1000 per person administrative fee in addition to any cancellation fees assessed/ levied/ imposed by
the purveyors of services including hotels or airlines used in the itinerary.
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus the ₹1000 per person
administrative fee; 30-59 days will be subject to loss of deposit (30% of total price). 15-29 days will be
subject to loss of 50% of total price; 14 days or less will be subject to 100% of total price. No Show will
result in No Refund.
Additional Information
Price is in Indian Rupee (₹). Price is dynamic and subject to change anytime without prior notice. Price is
based on hotel/airline/car rental tariffs and taxes applicable at the time of preparing the quotation.
We reserve the right to increase prices to cover the suddenly increased costs, tariffs and taxes- if any.
We also reserve the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it to make such alterations in the itinerary or
with the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable and to pass on to tour members any
expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. Itineraries and arranged
sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond
our control. In such situations (such as road blockade due to strike or agitation, earthquake, natural
calamity, sickness evacuation, delay or cancellation of flight, act of god, force of nature etc.) and due to
the same if there occurs a deviation or change of travel plan that leads to additional cost then you must
have to bear those extra expenses and required to pay on the spot. Every effort will be made to
operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. We would
require full payment within the given time limit to conduct the travel. Non receipt of full payment within
the mentioned time limit will lead to auto-cancellation and you cannot claim for refund. There will be No
Refund for any unutilized services or short stay or for No Show (not showing up at hotel’s reception /
airline counter on check-in date/time). Baggage and personal belongings are at owner's risk throughout
the travel program. You are always advised to get insured for your travel. For your information, we are
permitted to arrange travel & health insurance policies only for Indian citizens or PIOs or NRIs having
OCI cards. You are also advised to carry valid government approved photo identity card (such as
Passport) with you all the times. It is mandatory to produce your documents at the hotel during check-in;
hotel reserves the right to accept or refuse your booking without producing the same at front
office/reception of hotel. Check-in/out time of hotel is 1500/1200 hours local time respectively. There
are city taxes not included in our mentioned price which varies city to city and are to be paid directly at
hotel only. All transfers and sightseeing are subject to variations depending on local traffic flow, weather
or actual road conditions. On every single purchase of our products and services we reach in an
agreement that you (buyer/consumer/end-user) are genuinely aware with our terms & conditions and
thereby accepted to purchase our products & services as per our set rules. Above all, any dispute has to
be settled under Gurgaon (Haryana, India) jurisdiction.
