defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no<br />
circumstances will a contestant who entered during the<br />
re- entry period be able to displace a contestant who<br />
entered during the original entry period. If a contestant<br />
TO’s or DR’S prior to the “re-entry” period, that<br />
position may be filled during the “re-entry” period.<br />
