P R C A B U S I N E S S secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: Alternates will be selected based on 2017 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as with the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out or V.I.R and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If the contestant that notified the turn-out or V.I.R is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non- notified turn-out will be responsible for entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if he is replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for entry fees. If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn 2 hours prior to the event. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). The order of competition of ties from the first go-round will also be determined by random draw. If there are not ten qualified times from the first go-round to fill the performance, the remaining positions will be filled by contestants based on the reverse order of their first go-round positions (Only contestants who competed in the first go-round will be placed in the performance). The remaining contestants (not placed in the performance) will run their second go-round in slack immediately following the completion of the first go-round in reverse order of their first go-round position.
