Control Express pelvic health and wellness
course for women, beginning on
Tuesday, Oct. 17 and continuing each
subsequent Tuesday through Dec. 5,
from 7:30-9 p.m. at the Desloge Outpatient
Center, 121 St. Luke’s Center Drive
in Chesterfield. This course integrates
specific core training exercises and
educational discussions to help women
improve their pelvic health and wellness.
Topics to be covered include nutrition
selection, pharmaceuticals, behavioral
modifications and lifestyle information.
