This article will provide helpful information that will allow you to determine if<br />

you are manifesting symptoms of gallstones problem in your gallbladder.<br />

When an issue occurs in the<br />

gallbladder, most people<br />

immediately think of<br />

gallstones, which are made<br />

up of dissolved cholesterol<br />

and hunks of bile that have crystallized<br />

in either the bile duct or the gallbladder<br />

itself. Gallstones are uncomfortable and<br />

can lead to inflammation, and they are<br />

also fairly common, with about one fifth<br />

of all women and one tenth of all men<br />

being diagnosed with them by the time<br />

they turn sixty years old. Women are more<br />

prone to gallstones because hormone<br />

changes can impact production. Estrogen<br />

increases the amount of cholesterol in<br />

the body and progesterone causes the<br />

gallbladder to empty slowly. Pregnancy<br />

and oral contraception can both make<br />

gallstones a little more likely, because<br />

they impact the hormones in the body.<br />

The majority of individuals that get<br />

gallstones do not experience any<br />

symptoms and do not need treatment,<br />

but the ones that do have pain or<br />
