liver oil in whole food or supplement can<br />

help in lowering high triglycerides; this is a<br />

dangerous type of fat in the bloodstream<br />

Cod liver oil will help in treating high blood<br />

pressure and can be very helpful when<br />

it comes to the balancing of cholesterol<br />

levels. Many human and animal studies<br />

of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids<br />
