A concert by the Dresch Quartet
Saxophone player Mihály Dresch is “one
of the most influential nurturers of a
fertile fusion between Hungarian folk
music and jazz,” according to music critic
John Fordham from “The Guardian.” So it
is no exaggeration to say that his “Dresch
Quartet” is one of the most interesting
music groups on the current Budapest
scene and their performance is sure to come
up with some inspired and unexpected
pieces of modern music. If you book a table,
you can have a dinner and a drink while
listening to the concert in the Opus Jazz
Club of the Budapest Music Center, which
offers a diverse music program on other
