The veterans were also connected<br />

with counselors, pastors and<br />

organizations in their local communities<br />

to provide them with the support<br />

needed to transition to civilian life and<br />

Booyah Veteran Bus Project, Shane<br />

Johnson of Windermere traveled<br />

more than 3,000 miles (22 miles every<br />

day) in 65 days from Orlando<br />

to California to raise awareness for<br />

veterans experiencing homelessness<br />
