Erin Tongue, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner at Florida Center for
Hormones and Wellness. After witnessing her husband’s incredible transformation
with hormone replacement two years ago, Tongue knew this was the
only kind of medicine she wanted to practice as a provider. She believes
patients need to be supported, seen, heard and understood to design the
best possible care for them. Her philosophy aligned beautifully with FCHW’s
patient-centric approach to care and helping others thrive — allowing them to
experience true vitality for the first time in their lives. Her goal is to “help her
patients feel as spectacular as she does.”
