Employment / Income<br />

paycheck stubs<br />
for the last 30<br />
days (most current). The two most recent are required if borrowers are<br />
paid weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. It just depends on the<br />
individual(s).<br />
• A copy of the most recent complete signed 1040 Income Tax Returns<br />
with W-2's, and/or 1099's for most recent two years filed (All Schedules<br />
including K1’s if applicable.) If real estate property is titled in an LLC.<br />
Limited Partnership, or S-Corp, please provide separate tax returns.<br />
• If you have filed an extension on your recent tax filing, then provide a<br />
copy of the extension, proof of any tax payment, and provide the last<br />
two completed tax returns filed instead.<br />
• If receiving social security income, please provide the current year’s<br />
award letter showing future payment installments.<br />
• Any pension income, please provide documentation to support future<br />
payment installments.<br />
Self Employed Borrowers<br />
• A copy of the most recent Complete signed 1040 Income Tax Returns with<br />
W-2's, and/or 1099's for two years (All Schedules including K1’s if<br />
applicable.) If real estate property owned <strong>by</strong> an LLC, Limited Partnership,<br />
or S-Corp, please provide separate tax returns.<br />
• If your business is incorporated, please provide the last two years of 1120’s<br />
tax returns. (ALL PAGES)<br />
• A copy of corporate/partnership tax returns for most recent 2 year period<br />
if owning more than 25% of the company -- copies of W-2's and/or 1099<br />
forms.<br />
• A copy of current profit & loss statement and balance sheet for the<br />
