have been trained and tested for<br />

Tai chi is great for improving<br />

the way that you move, as well as<br />

posture and balance. Qi gong is<br />

having skill with energy and is<br />

therefore a wider term than tai<br />

chi to describe more stretching,<br />

rhythmic and breathing<br />

exercises. Go along and join<br />
