Rolleston’s first ‘own your own’ retirement village offers a spacious and secure lifestyle<br />

that also comes with freedom and flexibility for residents.<br />

The first two duplexes, built by Generation Homes Christchurch, have just been<br />

completed at Woodcroft Estate. They mark the start of this exciting new village, with<br />
