MILITARY ACTIVITY
2 – 3 OCTOBER 2017
The general public is to be advised that a NZ
Army Demolition Activity will be conducted in
the Defence Ammunition Depot Glentunnel,
Turnbull’s Road, Hororata area over the period
2 – 3 October 2017.
The activity will involve personnel of the
Defence Ammunition Depot Glentunnel. The
activity will involve up to 10 personnel.
The activity will involve soldiers conducting
disposal of ammunition in the Defence
Ammunition Depot Glentunnel area from
8.30am – 4.30pm on both days. A series of
intermittent explosions will be heard in the
local area during the times given on both days.
