includes, but is not limited to,
demolition and removal of casework,

fans all as part of the remodeling of
select areas of each building including
classrooms, storage rooms,
stairwells and fitness areas. All
work includes installation ofnew
partition walls, casework, flooring
all associated mechanical, electrical,
and plumbing work. Work is
to be awarded as a single contract.
