<strong>in</strong> savoury tomato sauce<br />

• Heat the olive oil <strong>in</strong> a pan. Fry the ligdes <strong>in</strong> the pan until nearly cooked.<br />

• Heat some more olive oil <strong>in</strong> another fry<strong>in</strong>g pan and sauté the m<strong>in</strong>ced garlic,<br />

the tomatoes and the bay leaves.<br />

• Season with salt and pepper.<br />

• Once it is brought to a boil, add the white v<strong>in</strong>egar.<br />

• When the sauce is cooked, add the fish and cont<strong>in</strong>ue to cook until the sauce<br />

becomes thick.<br />
