Shopping centre evolves

Well established as a focal shopping point for people
from across the region, Bush Inn Centre has been
developing extensively over the last few years.
The most recent developments have been the
extensive hospitality offerings, which have proved very
successful, says Development Manager for Ganson
Group Andy Bell.
The centre has evolved significantly and now has a very
different customer profile, he says.

younger, professional and family demographic and that
has given us the incentive to build on our very unique

The new developments will include the arrival of
Briscoes in early 2019.

says.

evolution of the Bush Inn Centre into a very unique
shopping destination, entirely different from your
standard mall.”
Featuring an open-plan design, The Provedore is a
genuine alternative to supermarkets, Andy says, and
will incorporate a diverse range of providers from New
Zealand, Asia, India the Mediterranean, the Middle
East and Europe including, for example, an Asian
supermarket, European fromagerie and deli, halal,
seafood, fresh produce, organic and natural foods and
even a natural grain store.
“Everything you find in a supermarket and much,
much more.
“Many of the specialty spaces have already been leased
with retailers realising the benefits of our location and
what we are trying to achieve,” Andy says.

The Bush Inn Centre’s hugely diverse customer base
will find everything they want at The Provedore, Andy
says. He notes that people’s grocery shopping habits
have changed, and where previously people would load
up their trolley on a weekly shop, nowadays they are
much more likely to shop more frequently, sometimes
buying their requirements for dinner that night.
“The Provedore will suit those changing habits
perfectly and we are very excited about this new
offering.”
