PACKAGE
• Carrying case
• Flash unit
• Color Temperature Gels
• Diffuser Cap
• Flash Base
FLASH UNIT 1
• Complicated control panel. Hard
to figure out without instruction
manual or YouTube video.
• Head rotates 180 degrees and
tiles -7 to 90 degrees.
• Has built-in wide diffuser cap and
bounce card.
FLASH UNIT 2
• Is the successor of SB-900, which
suffers from overheating – Unit
refuses to work when overheated.
• SB-910 has a slightly better heat
management system.
• Did not have any heat problems.
USAGE EXPERIENCE
• Has tiny catches and sensors on
the flash that changes settings
automatically when you put on the
diffuser cap/wide angle cap.
• Tiny sensors wore out after a
year. Had a lot of problems
dealing with this flash.
• Repairs are expensive, and not
worth it.
SPECIFICATIONS
• Guide Number: 34 (35mm ISO 100)
• Recycle Time: 2.3 secs
• Weight: 420 grams
• Size: 78.5*145*113 mm
• Built-in wireless: None
SUMMARY
THE GOOD
• Decently powerful flash.
• Good battery life.
• Accurate TTL.
THE BAD
• Way too overpriced. You can
get 5 good 3rd party flashes for
the price of one Nikon flash.
• Weak construct. Breaks after 2
years of usage.
• Bad value for money.
THANK YOU
