‘Community of people’ make
McKeznie Variety Show happen

If there seems to be an
extra pep in the step of
the McKenzie Elementary
community, it’s because
the 38th annual Variety
Show is on the horizon.
The parent-produced,
performed and directed
fundraiser brings out the
creative talents of the 115
parents involved in the
show.
Set to run the week of
March 13-17, the performance,
“Variety Show
Deconstructed,” will sport
a superhero theme with a
unique twist, sure to captivate
the elementary-aged
crowd, while resonating
with moms, dads, and
teachers, too.
This year’s production
is directed by Michael
Clark, a four-time Variety
Show veteran. It is being
produced by Sidney Regalado,
a three-time Variety
Show veteran. Both
