13. DOCUMENTS FOR INSPECTION
The following documents may be inspected at the Registered Office of our Company during
normal business hours for a period of six months from the date of this Prospectus:-
(a) the Memorandum and Articles of Association of our Company;
(b) the letter from the Auditors and Reporting Accountants in relation to the profit estimate of
the Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2002 as set out on page 96 of this
Prospectus;
(c) the Accountants’ Report referred to on pages 97 to 138 of this Prospectus, together with the
Statements of Adjustments;
(d) the audited financial statements of our Company and of its subsidiaries for FY1999,
FY2000, FY2001 and the 6 months ended 30 June 2002;
(e) the material contracts referred to on page 157 of this Prospectus;
(f) the letters of consent referred to on page 160 of this Prospectus; and
(g) the Service Agreements referred to on page 73 of this Prospectus.
