Lee Ching Lian Bernadette
Ms Lee Ching Lian Bernadette, Manager, Product Development is responsible for our Group’s Creative
and Product Development Department. She leads and implements brand, product and promotional
developments through understanding the various brands and products concepts. She keeps abreast of
customers’ requirements through in-depth study and analyzing fashion trends and developments. She is
also responsible for our Group’s product sales, advertising and pricing strategies. Ms Lee obtained a
Bachelor of Science, Economics from the University of London and was a merchandiser with FILA
Marketing (Singapore) Pte Ltd between 1999 and 2001 prior to joining us in 2001. Between 1995 to
1999, she was a Vice President, Marketing, in Ossia International Pte Ltd and in the years 1994 and
1995, she was a merchandiser in Esquel Enterprise Pte Ltd. Prior to these, Ms Lee was an Assistant
Field Executive in Forbes Management Consultants between 1992 to 1993.
Lim Li Kian
Ms Lim Li Kian, Senior Manager, Bills is responsible for our Group’s entire Bills and Credit Management
Department. She develops and monitors our Group’s import and export bills activities through strict
credit evaluations, administration and risk management. Ms Lim maintains a close working relationships
with our Group’s bankers in securing banking and credit facilities. Ms Lim has gained in-depth
experience and expertise having spent the last fifteen years in the shipping and bills fields. She was the
Shipping/Bills Manager with Ghim Li Fashion Co Pte Ltd prior to joining the Ocean Sky Group in 1995.
Ms Lim is the wife of our Director, Mr Ang Boon Chong.
Lo Siu So
Mr Lo Siu So, Senior Technical Manager, is responsible for leading and developing efficient and effective
technical programmes for all our production bases of our Group’s operations. He plays a vital role by
studying and recommending the best production processes and sequence to adopt based on the
technical capabilities of each production base to ensure maximum productivity level at the highest cost
efficiency. Mr Lo is also responsible for facilitating maintenance and conducting regular checks to ensure
our Group’s technical facilities are at optimal operating capacity at all times. Mr Lo has relevant work
experience in technical positions in the apparel industry. Prior to joining the Ocean Sky Group in 2000,
Mr Lo was the Factory Manager in Kim Koon Garment Industries Pte Ltd between 1991 to 1996.
Tan Kim Teck Albert
Mr Tan Kim Teck Albert, General Manager of Suntex in Cambodia is responsible for the entire
management and production facilities in Cambodia. He plays a vital role in recommending, leading and
implementing our Group’s expansion plans in Cambodia. In compliance with our Group’s overall targets,
he manages and monitors the entire business and production facilities to ensure optimum operations
capacity. Mr Tan has been with us since 1998. Back in 1996, Mr Tan joined Forte Insurance Cambodia
Limited as the Marketing Manager, and was promoted to the position of the General Manager in charge
of computers, cars and insurance in 1997. Prior to his employment with Forte Trading, he was a sales
and marketing personnel with Trans Eurocars between 1992 and 1996.
Woo Ah Toong
Mr Woo Ah Toong, Finance Controller, joined our Group in February 2001 and is responsible for the
overall planning and management of our Group’s financial, taxation and corporate governance functions.
Mr Woo also plays an important advisory role towards the formulation of our Group’s strategic
development plans based on financial analysis and recommendations to the management. Mr Woo has
fourteen years of accounting and financial management experience and has spent seven years as the
Financial Controller of a listed company prior to joining our Group. Between 1987 and 1994, Mr Woo was
working in an international accounting firm before leaving as an audit manager. Mr Woo graduated with a
Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the Melbourne University and is a member of the Institute of
Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
