I have read your Letter of Offer dated (“Offer Date”) and agree to be bound by
the terms thereof and of the Ocean Sky Share Option Scheme stated therein.
I hereby accept the Option to subscribe for ordinary shares of S$0.05 each in
the capital of Ocean Sky International Limited (the “Shares”) at S$ per Share and enclose
*cash/banker’s draft/cashiers’/postal order for S$ being payment for the purchase of the
Option.
I understand that I am not obliged to exercise the Option.
I also understand that I shall be responsible for all the fees of CDP relating to or in connection with the
issue and allotment of any Shares in CDP’s name, the deposit of share certificates with CDP, my
securities account with CDP or my securities sub-account with a CDP Depository Agent (as the case
may be) (collectively, the “CDP charges”).
I hereby acknowledge that you have not made any representation or warranty or given me any
expectation of employment or continued employment to induce me to accept the offer and that the terms
of the Letter of Offer and this Acceptance Form constitute the entire agreement between us relating to
the offer.
