deputies. If you see something, SAY something! The object is to prevent
a crime from happening by having a deputy check out even the slightest
irregularity in your street’s normal routine. Our deputies would prefer to
spend 10 minutes checking out a call rather than follow up on a crime
that has already been committed. Please don’t hesitate to call 911 when
you see anything suspicious. And PLEASE lock your cars and remove all

Community Updates:
As most of you have noticed, the trees along one side of our community
are being torn down (along the drainage ditch). Harris County is
proceeding with its plan to extend Huffmeister through that area. Many
of us hoped this day wouldn’t come, but now it has. Just know that the
HOA is being vigilant and aware of how this will affect Copperbrook and
will keep residents informed of any concerns if they arise. Additionally,
MUD 130 has added more fencing, more lighting and 14 new security
cameras to the Charles Austin Park. Many thanks to the MUD for making
sure this park is as safe as possible for our residents!
Violation/Past Due letters:
Simply stated, if you get a violation letter or you are past due in your HOA
dues, PLEASE call the TXMGMT at 832-910-7525 to discuss a payment plan
or get an extension on a needed repair to your property. The management
company and Board of Directors are not unreasonable and will make
every reasonable effort to work with residents if you will make an effort on
your part to either initiate the repairs or pay the fines, whichever the case.
Communication is simple and vital to keeping the issue from escalating.
The Board of Directors along with TXMGMT plan to be consistent and
proactive in keeping our community looking great, feeling safe and
making sure dues and fines are collected in a timely manner and homes
and yards are kept up to a standard to which we can all be proud.

TXMGMT has a website for homeowners! REGISTER TODAY! On the
website, you can notify the management company about maintenance
needs in the common areas, obtain information about maintenance
contractors, community events and access your homeowner account
balance online and pay your annual HOA dues 24/7. TXMGMT also uses
this website to post and send important announcements of interest to
your community, so be sure to sign up TODAY.
All homeowners should have received a letter from TXMGMT with a
private security code needed to create an account. To begin to access
these services for the first time, go to www3.senearthco.com then click
on the “Create Your Account” link and enter your personal informationenter
your email address (which becomes your User Name), the
Password of your choice and the Security Key (provided in the mailed
letter from TXMGMT). If you did not get a letter, please call 832-910-7525.
