<strong>May</strong> QUEEN<br />
This month, I am dedicating my column to my late Nana,<br />
as when she was young, she was the <strong>May</strong> Queen. …<br />
She loved reading my articles, she was my<br />
Queen and my best friend and she always<br />
will be! She made me feel like a Queen, so<br />
to all of my readers make sure you always<br />
be your own Queen! Treat yourself.<br />
Forget April showers, its <strong>May</strong>…<br />
What’s more perfect than<br />
Dior’s <strong>2018</strong> summer range<br />
with their blue eye shadow<br />
pallet for those cooler<br />
rainy days and their burnt<br />
oranges/bronze eye shadow<br />
pallets for if you’re soaking up<br />
the sun.<br />
A great compliment to the ‘golden look’<br />
is a nice glossy lip. I love Chanel’s Rouge<br />
Coco Gloss, with its moisturizing and nonsticky<br />
texture; it melts into your lips. Try<br />
‘726 Icing’ for a clear gloss with a hint of<br />
pink. Beautiful! You could also pair Clarins<br />
Lip Oil in ‘Candy’. If you suffer from those<br />
dreaded dark circles under your eyes<br />
try ‘Illamasquas’ a brand new skin base<br />
concealer pen. Apply straight from the pen,<br />
its metal tip has a cooling effect, which<br />
reduces any puffiness.<br />
As a <strong>May</strong> queen you should always have<br />
the best products and of course be<br />
surrounded by flowers. My Nana<br />
always had flowers all over her<br />
house, very apt for a <strong>May</strong> Queen.<br />
Combining the two and adding<br />
a touch of vintage, Rosina’s<br />
Lotions and Potions Glorious<br />
Rose Cleansing Milk is an all time<br />
favourite of mine. Not only can you<br />
smell the fresh real roses, it contains<br />
Aloe Vera and Sunflower Oil.<br />
